Auditorium Theater at Roosevelt University – Chicago, IL
For the first time in 51 years, the NFL Draft took place somewhere other than New York City. Chicago played host in a fantastic manor. The NFL, as in year’s past, gave radios to every attendee of the Draft inside the theater. For the first time, there was an outdoor portion, called Selection Square, located in Grant Park. For the 1100+ fans in Selection Square daily, they were given radios as well to tune into NFL Network coverage and ESPN. They were able to keep track of all of the trades, rumors, and the latest updates.
