Bob currently serves as the President and CEO of TMW Enterprises managing a wide ranging investment portfolio. Prior to joining TWM in 1999, Bob Howard gained more than 20 years of broad-based experience in the manufacturing and financial services industries. As a CPA, Bob had 10 years of experience in public accounting prior to joining Electro-Wire Products as Chief Financial Officer in 1990. In 1994, he was promoted to President of Electro-Wire’s Truck and Industrial Group, a division of Electro-Wire that achieved revenue growth from $18 million in 1990 to $104 million in 1995. Bob serves as director of TMW, Amerigon Incorporated, Pullman Industries, and EPIC Technologies. He graduated from Abilene Christian University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting. When not watching Michigan football games, Bob is typically playing golf or handball.
Chief Financial Officer
Paul Oster has served as the CFO of Live Sports Radio from day one. In addition to his work at LSR, he has also served as CFO and Treasurer at TMW Enterprises since 1995. He has been part of the TMW family since 1988, when he joined Electro-Wire Products as Corporate Controller. Paul brings over 25 years of wide ranging experience serving as a financial executive in various capacities for a number of domestic and international entities. Paul’s area of oversight include corporate financing, cash management, real estate and risk management. Paul is a Certified Public Accountant, having previously worked for Price Waterhouse and Ernst & Whinney. Paul cheers for the Miami Redhawks, primarily because that is where his “Redhawk Dad” t-shirt came from.
Jim joined the Live Sports Radio team in 2009 as Director of Marketing. At the time he brought six years of agency experience to the Live Sports Radio Team. He has spent his professional life creating and managing the execution of events and campaigns that change the perception of a brand, one consumer at a time. In addition to being part of the team that re-launched the Saturn brand, his client roster also includes Gatorade Sports Marketing, G2, General Motors, Chrysler, The GMAC Bowl, Chevrolet, Subaru, and Essex National Securities. His specialties include business development, budget oversight, contract negotiations, vendor management, event activation and lame jokes. He holds a degree from Michigan State University and is an avid Spartan fan.
Director of Operations
Before joining Live Sports Radio, Wendy cultivated a multi million dollar real estate business in property development, building design, investment and sales. Other experience consists of various positions in Senior Management, Training & Development, and Accounting for national and local companies including President Tuxedo, Marshall Fields, and Dickson’s Inc. She has served 12 years as a Fundraising Chairman for a private school, along with fundraising for Michigan Animal Rescue and youth mission events. Her studies include Oakland Community College and Oakland University in Business Administration.
Dave joined Live Sports Radio as Technical Director in 2007 and has been a huge asset to the team every day since. Previous to his time at LSR, Dave ran his own successful Electronic Design Consulting firm, serving automotive customers such as TRW and Visteon, designing automotive and consumer electronics products. Dave then joined TMW Enterprises as Electrical Engineering Director for Electro-Mechanical Products (EMP), responsible for new product development and the design of automated production and test systems. Dave also served as Advanced Electronics R&D Manager for Electro-Wire Products (EWP) during this period by leading EWP’s electronic product design team. Before joining EMP, Dave was an Electrical Engineer for Ford Motor Company and Volkswagen of America, working with electronic engine control systems design and testing. In his spare time…Dave does more work. His job is never done.
Frank brings 16 years of manufacturing and engineering experience to Live Sports Radio. Before joining the Live Sports Radio team, Frank spent 9 years as a RF engineer for Kingtronics before joining Sound Decisions as the lead R&D Manager. In his current role at Live Sports Radio, Frank works with vendors to ensure a streamlined supply chain and high quality manufacturing process. He holds a Bachelors degree from Southeast University, earned a Masters of Engineering degree from City University of Hong Kong and is currently working toward his Executive MBA. When not working, you can typically find Frank hiking in the hills with his family.
Loretta has been a part of the Live Sports Radio team since the inception in 2008. Prior to joining LSR, Loretta held a number of positions at Electro-Wire Products; an automotive supplier in Metro Detroit. In all, Loretta has over 20 years of accounting experience ranging from large corporate finance to small business accounting. Loretta’s favorite sports are whatever her sons are playing that given season.
Kenny is the newest member of the Live Sports Radio team and brings with him vast experience from the sports and technology industries. Kenny started his own computer consulting company as a teenager and has tinkered with anything that has a power button since. He started his professional career as a consultant for a small private firm before taking his talents to Oakland University. While studying (and working full time) at Oakland, Kenny took on the duty of becoming the school’s mascot, “The Grizz”. Working for a DI university, and later professionally for the Detroit Pistons, allowed Kenny to obtain a vast knowledge of game operations and the sense of urgency that comes with it. An avid sports fan, Kenny loves watching all professional and collegiate sports, including the Detroit Pistons, Detroit Lions, Oakland Golden Grizzlies, and University of Michigan Football.
